bump #2 - 17 weeks

Another lame selfie taken last Saturday at exactly 17 weeks!

Total weight gain: +4.5
Maternity clothes:  Still wearing a mix of both.  Most of the maternity stuff is huge but more comfortable. 
Stretch marks:  Not yet!
Sleep:  Waking up around 3 or 4 and usually by the time I can fall back asleep it is time to get up.  I really think this was because I was stressed out about the whole house situation.
Miss Anything?  Warm weather.  My cutoff to run outside is usually 32 degrees, but now that I am pregnant it is 40 so needless to say I have only been running like once a week.  I just hate being cold, I am ready for Spring.
Movement:  Yes!  Sometimes in the afternoons.  This is the BEST thing about pregnant…at least right now since it is subtle movements and not punches.
Food cravings:  Really nothing.  I am eating mostly the same as I did before I was pregnant.  I know we will get a foot long Jersey Mikes #9 to split right after this birth so I am looking forward to that.
Anything making you queasy or sick?  I still avoid coffee, bbq, and tomatoes.  I will get a cup of decaf usually once a week if I want it.
Gender: My guess is a girl!
Symptoms:  Sleepy but that is because I am waking up early.  Hungry...I have been eating so much more this week.  
Happy or Moody:  Happy!  We move the first weekend in February and I can’t wait!!
Looking forward to:  The gender ultrasound next week!
Exercise:  I am working out 3x a week by either running, T25 Gamma, Tracy Anderson, or elliptical.  Now that I am feeling back to my old self I hope to increase that to 4 days a week.  Working out this pregnancy is a little harder just because my belly grew so fast.


  1. You're adorable. Which Tracy Anderson workout are you doing? I just got the Precision Toning & Mat workout DVDs but haven't had a chance to try them yet. I've heard great things about her pregnancy DVD!

    1. Aww thanks Alex! I do her Pregnancy DVD. They seem slow, but you are super sore the next day. I know Meghan loves her other ones. :)
