AMAZING Grouper Recipe & Weekend Ramblings

Guess what?  I am LAME!  I took photos of my attempt to organize my pantry.  I felt like the biggest tool taking these photos but really don't care.  We made a nice little trip to ikea where I purchased a shelf to organize our 1,000 canned good Matt buys because of BOGO's {should have bought more though}.  He doesn't behave when he shops at the Teeter - I feel like he is on the show Extreme Couponing minus the coupons. Haha!  I was very excited to put a ton of my items in these glass canisters from ikea as well.  I did this in most of my pantry {my baking supplies are lookin good!} but will not bore you will another photo....

We also FINALLY purchased these frames for our guest bathroom art which are also from ikea.  Plan on changing the mat board to a linen color because there is a little too much white but could not pass up the price of these!

Matt also installed our faucet in our guest bath!  LOVE the H + C detail!  :)

We...eh hem....Matt cooked dinner over the weekend and made this grouper which is to DIE for.  This is the best meal he has ever made and will be a regular for us.  I made our favorite side of asparagus picked up from our little outing to the farmers market so don't give him all the credit.
Ingredients:

2 pounds fresh grouper fillets
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 dash hot pepper sauces (like Tabasco)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven's broiler

2. Place grouper fillet on a greased baking tray.  Brush them with lemon juice.  In a small bowl, stire together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.  Set aside.

3. Broil the fillets for 4 to 6 minutes, until they can flaked with a fork.  Remove from the oven and spread the cheese mixture on top of fillets.

4. Return to broiler for an additional 30 seconds, or until the topping is browned and bubbly.

Enjoy!
